Misleading and awful Negative: We stayed at this property for two nights and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The accommodation did not resemble the photos shown online, and guests should be aware that a £250 security deposit is required before receiving the lockbox code. On arrival, the surrounding area felt unsafe and poorly maintained, with overflowing rubbish bins directly outside the property. The key in the lockbox was attached to the lockbox itself, and once inside, we discovered that the door could not be locked from the inside. On our first night, we were unable to secure the door at all due to the lack of a functioning lock or key. The interior was similarly disappointing. The carpets were dirty, surfaces were dusty, and the overall condition of the property felt neglected and rundown. The freezer was completely iced over, the fridge was dirty, and the crockery had not been properly cleaned. We contacted the agents, who were able to send someone the following day to fix the lock and address the freezer, but they were unable to provide a cleaner. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property, particularly for families with children.
